First, one of our specialists will call you. We will introduce ourselves and discuss the delivery plan which fits our requirements and needs.

Once we know what you need, we’ll shoot you a customized estimate via email and text. If your plans shift, no worries–you can always ask us to adjust the estimate accordingly.

Once you’re happy with the provided estimate, we’ll ask you to accept it on our customer portal and e-sign the moving contract. We’ll then set up a crew and truck for your job, and you’ll get a confirmation email.

If you’ve opted for packing help, our crew will roll up with all the gearboxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc. Our staff takes care of packing everything from your wardrobe to mirrors.

After the move is complete, we will come by to check that everything is in order, that your furniture is in place, that our truck is empty and you are smiling. We will ask for your signature to finalize the deal.

To close the deal, we’ll break down the costs: packing materials we used, factor in any breaks, and let you choose how you want to settle up – cash, debit, credit, or check. Please note that payment will be made after we have completed the move. No more stressful moving day!
